ComplianceForge

Your Customer Account

ComplianceForge moved to a new website and billing system on July 1, 2026. Your account now lives in a customer portal at billing.complianceforge.com/portal/complianceforge, where you can view and pay invoices, download receipts and statements, review and accept quotes, and keep your contact details current.

These five guides cover the questions we are asked most often since the change. If you are not sure where to start, the first two resolve the majority of them.

Key Takeaways - Your Customer Account
  • Your account is the customer portal at billing.complianceforge.com/portal/complianceforge.
  • Customers who purchased on or after July 1, 2026 already have access. Earlier customers request an invite from the portal Sign Up page.
  • Invoices, receipts, quotes, credit notes and statements are all in the portal. Purchased documentation is not.
  • Documentation is emailed as a secure Box link that expires after two weeks. We will re-issue it on request.
  • Contacts are added and removed through a form, not from inside the portal.
Five Guides To Your Account

Start With Your Question

Each guide answers one question end to end. Select the one that matches what you are trying to do.

Signing in if you purchased after July 1, 2026, requesting an invite if you purchased before it, resolving the email not associated error, and adding colleagues to your account.

What changed in the July 2026 migration, why your previous login and download links stopped working, and what carried over.

Finding invoices in the portal, paying by credit card, bank transfer instructions, and the difference between an invoice, a sales receipt and a credit note.

How delivery works, why files are not stored in the portal, what to do when your download link has expired, and which version you receive when we re-send it.

Requesting a quote, reviewing and accepting it in the portal, buying against a purchase order, and requesting a W-9 for vendor onboarding.

What Lives Where

What The Portal Holds

The customer portal is a billing and account system. Knowing what it does and does not hold saves most of the confusion we hear about.

In The Portal
Invoices, sales receipts, quotes, credit notes, payments made, account statements, subscription records and your contact details. Everything that forms the financial record of your relationship with us.
Not In The Portal
Your purchased documentation. Those files are emailed to you as a secure Box link once your order has been processed, and that link expires after two weeks.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Here are answers to the questions customers ask most about their accounts:

What can I do in the ComplianceForge customer portal?
The ComplianceForge customer portal is the billing and account system where you can view invoices, sales receipts, quotes, credit notes, payment history, account statements and subscription records. You can also request and accept quotes there and pay outstanding invoices by credit card. The portal doesn't hold your purchased documentation files, since we deliver those separately by email through a secure Box link.
How do I add or remove contacts on my ComplianceForge account?
You manage contacts through the ComplianceForge Add or Update Account Contacts form, not inside the customer portal. The form asks for your formal company name, your name and email, the request type, and the contact's name and email. We typically review requests within one business day, and for security we may verify the change with an existing account representative before granting access.
Why remove former employees from a ComplianceForge account?
You should remove former employees because anyone still listed can see your organization's purchase records and account statements in the customer portal. It's a good idea to add portal access removal to your employee offboarding process. Since you can't remove contacts inside the portal itself, submit the ComplianceForge Add or Update Account Contacts form to take a departing employee off the account and add a replacement contact.
Where can I see when my ComplianceForge subscription expires?
You'll find subscription details in the Subscriptions section of the ComplianceForge customer portal. If you purchased a subscription, the portal lists the live subscriptions for the associated product and shows exactly when each one expires. Sign in with the email address you used for your order to check the status, and contact our support team if a subscription you expect to see is missing.
How do I contact ComplianceForge about my account?
You can reach ComplianceForge support by email at support@complianceforge.com, by phone at +1-307-241-8740, or through the contact form on our website. For changes to who can access your account, use our Add or Update Account Contacts form. If you're asking for a new download link, include your order number and, if someone else made the purchase, that person's name and email address.
