CMMC Stakeholders Mind Map

Have you ever wondered how the various pieces of CMMC come together and what those interactions are? We decided it would be worthwhile to create a mind map for those grappling CMMC compliance efforts to visualize the "CMMC ecosystem" with its stakeholders and requirements. The resulting image, shown below, maps out the various stakeholders and requirements that make up CMMC. You can download the PDF by clicking on the graphic.

The end result is a visualization that ties together US Federal, Department of Defense (DoD) and private industry, as well as the legal requirements and mandatory practices that are all intertwined to establish the foundation for CMMC to happen. As the US Federal government expands into CMMC in the coming years, it will be interesting to see how these dynamics evolve with the scope.
